These six (6) factors are vital indeed, which have to be kept in view for ensuring professionla competence while dealing with any Human Resource issue in the broader frame of management. In addiition to these broader concepts, a manager has to be particularly mindful of avoiding wastage of financial & other resources apart from avoiding time-overruns an cost-overruns. Besides installation of a given project, the Skilled Human Resource whichis generally the management, has to show awareness of the existing market conditions as has already been mentioned by Major (Retd) Khalid Nasr.
Major Sahib has undertaken a stupendous task by lighting a torch in utter darkness for the existing & the future managers confronting this challenge. I wish him the best of luck & all the prosperity that future might hold in store for him. Jameel Zaidi .

Essence of Entrepreneurial skill very very ably enunciated in this otherwise brief article based on Laconic brevity; simultaneously showing a full exposure to the subject coupled with an enviable command over English language.

Shouldn't I acknowledge a tireless, but an exceedingly rewarding effort on the part of Major Nasr, whose sheer motivational force is to share knowledge with his countrymen without expecting any reward.In fact appreciation of his articles is a reward by itself & nobody knows it better than Major Nasr himself. Bravo Major Nasr for your efforts, and Godspeed in reaching your objectives.
