The Powerfulness of Habits Mark Machaalani The types of habits people have, determines the type of people they are. It is as simple as that. Successful people tend to have excellent habits such as waking up early, writing down their goals, working efficiently, having a healthy life style and the list goes on. Successful people design and adapt to successful habits and in return their habits make them what they are. It is important for you to do the same starting right now.
Think about your habits or any habits in general. Now I urge you to think of ONE basic habit that you can easily drop or adapt in your life to help you in your journey towards success. No matter how simple this habit may be, whether it be to grabbing a diary for writing down goals, setting your alarm to wake up early, drinking more water, eating less junk, to reading an extra 20minutes a day. Think of the effect this one simple habit will have on your life in the long run. If you start right now by making one tiny change in your life and working hard to stick to it, then the road to reach your success will be been shorten dramatically. You should remember that a good habit is just as hard to break as a bad habit, so stick by this new habit you are adopting into your life and the chances are this habit will be permanent.
