| I THINK THAT THERE SOULD BE MARKET --OREIENTED TRAINING . THE EMPOLWERS MUST BRIEF THE UNIVERSITIES 7 BUSSINESS SCOOLS ABOUT THE NATURE OF SKILLS & CAPABILITIES REQUIRED IN THEIR EMPLOYEES . UNIVERITIES SHOULD NOT PRODUCE CLERKS RATHER THEY SHOULD PROVIDE MANPOWER WITH JOB RELETED SKILLS. | |
