HERE ARE SOME PROBLEMS IDENTIFIED AT MACRO LEVEL : 1.CORPORATE COMMITMENT IS LACKING & UNEVEN. 2.FUNDS ALLOCATED FOR TRG & DEVELOPMENT ARE INADEQUATE. 3.DEGREES ARE NO GUARANTEE FOR SKILLS MASTERY. 4.IN SUFFICIENT FUNDING BY GOVERNMENT. 5.NO COORDINATION BETWEEN THE EMPLOYERS & BUSINESS SCHOOLS & UNIVERSITIES. THE SEVEN KEY COMPONENTS OF TEAM TRG ARE: 1.A CLEAR SENSE OF DIRECTION. 2.TALENTED MEMBERS. 3.CLEAR & ENTICING RESPONSIBILITIES. 4.REASONABLE & EFFICIENT OPERATING PROCEDURES. 5.CONSTRUCTIVE INTERPERSONAL SKILLS. 6.ACTIVE REINFORCEMENT SYSTEM. 7.CONSTRUCTIVE IN GROUP RELATIONSHIPS.

I THINK THAT THERE SOULD BE MARKET --OREIENTED TRAINING . THE EMPOLWERS MUST BRIEF THE UNIVERSITIES 7 BUSSINESS SCOOLS ABOUT THE NATURE OF SKILLS & CAPABILITIES REQUIRED IN THEIR EMPLOYEES . UNIVERITIES SHOULD NOT PRODUCE CLERKS RATHER THEY SHOULD PROVIDE MANPOWER WITH JOB RELETED SKILLS.
